Zivara started in 2015, out of my own passion for fashion design. In the beginning, I drew illustrations myself and printed them onto t-shirts. Over time, after the first uniform-type orders came in, I realised my real passion wasn't making t-shirts — it was building companies' image.
I believe a company states its identity through its team, before anyone even hears the pitch. Before a client knows how good a service is, they see whether the people in front of them look tidy, consistent, and proud of what they're wearing. That's why I've never treated uniforms as printed t-shirts — I've treated them as a company's image.
I don't believe in cheap products just because they're cheap — cheap becomes expensive once it needs replacing after a few washes. But I don't automatically recommend the priciest option either: depending on how a product will actually be used, I sometimes recommend a more affordable choice, if I know it will hold up. I never recommend anything I wouldn't choose for my own team.
Everything in Zivara's current range has been through us first — we don't sell products we haven't tested ourselves. I've personally delivered orders from one city to another to meet a deadline. I've driven out at night to collect parts from a supplier, so production wouldn't stop. Not because it reads well in a story — because that's what we did, every time it was needed.
